Because all items are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at emilyburnsshop@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
